Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2167788.

During a bike ride today I stopped at the bridge near swap lane crossing which I’ve marked on the map. I was curious to see what wild life was about so looked over the edge into the water, there are car tyres that have been dumped in the water from the bridge on both sides. Potential to block the waterway and cause issues.
