Abandoned vehicle in Edward street

Sent to Warwick District Council less than a minute later

There is an abandoned vehicle in Edward street which has been there for around 5 months. It is totally blocking the pavement & also a danger as has 2 wheels missing & is balancing on one of the removed wheels. Also one of the wheels on the car is flat.
