Parking on pavement

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 15:44, Sunday 21 June 2020

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later

There seems to be excessive parking of vehicles on the pavement/verge in many cases double parking, that is to say on opposite sides of the road. This directly causes :- 1, inconvenience for pedestrians, 2, interference/blocking of lines of sight for other motor vehicles, 3, damage to the grass verges 4, possible obstruction to emergency vehicles.
