Flooding on road, resulting in flooding on a property

I have previously advised of this issue and spoke to a manager who came out to look at the issue on a previous visit. I was advised I would be contacted in February however to date I have still had no correspondence, the flooding starts outside roughly number 4 cliff hall lane and proceeds down to ivy house on cliff hall lane. As you can see there is a significant amount of water which prevents us from leaving our property by foot without getting drenched feet. Please could you look into this as a matter of urgency and contact me ASAP.
