The cars parked on the road outside the church block the visibility when coming out of Compton Way

When cars are parking here it blocks the view when coming out of Compton Way, with a number of residential properties and offices on this road it makes it increasingly difficult getting out on to the main road and at times dangerous. Is there anyway yellow lines can be put outside the church to make it easier for residents accessing the main road
