Cars and vans consistently parked on double yellow lines outside 59 St Swithin street

The double yellow lines outside 59 St Swithin Street always have cars or works vans parked on them. This is beside a busy crossing so it causes problems for large vehicles trying to get up st swithin street and is also a safety issue
