Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later

Green Lane is a private lane used by eleven residents, permission to build behind 98 Grimston Road was given providing a passing place was build at the entrance to the lane. The builders provided the smallest passing place they could which is totally inadequate and has caused access issues at all times of the day leading onto Green lane for large delivery vehicles. The builders have since gone into liquidation and have set up another business to complete the property and have recently reduced the passing place further below the minimum amount required by law.
