Unauthorized Signage

Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Sign placed daily on pavement near to the entrance/exit to Lidl in Stratford causing obstruction (the business advertised is not in sight of the sign), the path is a good size for social distancing without the sign. Sight has been placed for some months now. Why is it here?
