The Pavement in Birmingham road has become increasing narrow over the past 12 months due to soil , grass , vegetation taking over the path . In parts it’s impassible particularly with a push chair and forces pedestrians to step into the road , on blind corners to pass with wheel chairs or push chairs . The road is also 50mph which can make this particularly dangerous . Generally the entire length of Birmingham Road Foot path has become exceptionally narrow although there are some part worse than others .
