Bins overflowing, people leaving rubbish by benches.

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 10:08, Monday 15 June 2020

Sent to North Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Bins are overflowing causing wildlife to be in danger, try to feed our of the bins and spread the mess further. Others have left their rubbish next to the benches they were sat at and appears as if deers have attempted to eat the rubbish possibly causing them harm. It's only going to be blown around more and cause more damage if no action is taken.

If littering fines are serious, I advice a camera on the parks main areas to catch those who aren't keeping to the rules.

Updates

  • This is a nightly occurrence at the moment but the parks staff are very diligent in cleaning up each day. I wish people would clean up after themselves.
