Parking on bend on double yellows parking on pavement and blocking driveways

Since Hull City Council put misleading double yellow lines down parking is awful one car parked on double yellows on bend the other on the pavement so cars can actually get down the street both blocking driveways reported three time but nothing both parked on the non parking side of the road
