Only one speed sign, cars ignoring

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 09:23, Fri 12 June 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It is a 350 stretch of road with only one 20mph sign towards The Grates end of the road. There are no repeater signs. Cars regularly shoot up, especially from the Bartholomew Road end at 30-40mph+ which makes edging out of drives very dangerous. A repeater sign can only help although additional traffic calming measures would be better. I do not know how to request those though. Thanks.
