The back street of Reads Avenue down the east end ( near Whitegate Drive) is absolutely atrocious filled with dumped rubbish and all manner of filth. Tradespersons are unabke to acecess the road because of it. No-one from the Council seems tobother cleaning this backstreet and it is not only an eyesore, but a health hazard too.
The Council were very helpful and prompt in advising and arranging removal of rubbish fly-tipped against our property. However, the rest of the back street remains strewn with rubbish as yet undealt with. Please can the Environment Health department arrange to have this cleared? Also, the street maintence has been absolutely zero, and no weed removal , street cleaning etc done on any kind of regular basis. It's little wonder then that some people view it as a convient dumping ground for all manner of filth and rubbish. Please can the Council undertake to begin maintence - at least try and clean the backstreet on a regular basis? Thank you.
