This van is a long going problem We have contacted the loughborough council about this Van parking down burleigh Road for weeks And weeks without a parking permit It got a ticket but come back again I pay £50 And now the van is driving around for weeks Without a front number plate And at night he is using burleigh Road For A place to park his business van for free Hope you can help
