No No-exit sign

Reported in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 14:02, Wed 10 June 2020

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2150066.

There are several vehicles a day entering Hayley's Gardens erroneously. It must be satnav mis-direction. We would be grateful for signage on the northside of the street [next to the slate-roof bungalow].

Some months ago I did write to councillors who may have acted, i don't know. How long should it take to instigate/execute no-exit signs? Sincerely

Ady King-Turner

  • They talk about reducing emissions and one easy way is to stop vehicules going up cul-de-sacs, when they mean to go elsewhere! EVERY day vehicules turn into this small close, thanks to their satnavs telling them to take the next right turn, when another 20 yards on Limmer Lane, Felpham, is the correct turning. Reported to our two local councillors, acknowledged by a female Conservative councillor, but no further action. I even offered to install the no exit sign myself!
