Cars and commercial van parking on green.

Cars and a commercial van are driving on the green to park outside of their house on Hartford Walk even when there are spaces on the road. This has been going on for a few months. in the winter months the van scored deep furrows in the wet ground and traipsed mud across the footpath. Other cars are now starting to follow suit.
