Broken manhole cover

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 214867.

On the grass next to 2 Grove Road there has been a broken manhole cover for over 5 years, the council have covered it by putting a plastic fence over it, providing no protection to the children playing near it.
