Cleaning memorial

Hello. I do underatand this is memorial but it is in very bad condition and attracts my child to touch everything. It does not have anything to do with where is happened, just took this tree and made a memorial here. Nobody is vleaning it and the teddy is pretty rotten and it starts to look bery bad and grass is damaged and flowers are old and rotten. Please clean or remove somewhere else . as it looks bad. Thanks
