Large Acacia tree needs pruning.

Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 14:06, Friday 5 June 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

We've previously had damage to the drains from the roots of this tree. The council pruned it some years ago, I can't remember when exactly, but it's now got very large again and we are just concerned about the potential effect on our foundations as well as drains. Would you mind taking a look please and seeing whether you agree that a prune is in order. It's outside 68.

  • Your contractors came and took a few dead branches using poles but this has not dealt with the main problem which is that the tree has not been pruned for many years and is now very large. Additionally, there will still be dead branches at higher level where their poles can't reach.
