Large double man hole cover loose.

Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The large double man hole at the junction is again loose, it has been a recurring problem over the last few years.The metal frame seems to be subsiding and when vehicles pass over it causes the covers to bounce. Apart from the near continuous noise now that traffic is back to normal it is a great danger to motor bikes if it lifts up.Has been slowly getting worse over the last 5 weeks.
