Tree root coming up through the path resulted in a trip broken wrist, damaged knee

Reported anonymously at 14:48, Thu 4 June 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Tree root is coming up and has caused a major set of wide-open, uneven splits, in the path tarmac. This resulted in the top part of my shoe getting stuck in the ridge shown. I fell flat on my face resulting in a broken wrist, leg bruises from my knees to my ankles with one of my knees swelling very badly. I now have a plaster cast on my wrist for 6/8 weeks.
