Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

Mildmay road. There are 2 large trees at the side of my house one which seems diseased as the canopy is not as full as the rest of the trees and the 2nd is quite close to our house so I was wondering if this could be thinned out and cut back as it will have an impact on our property.
