Loud electrical fault noise coming from lamppost

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2139954.

Loud electrical fault sound, high pitched coming from lamppost. Happening infrequently, but always between 1am and 7am in the mornings, happening for around 2-3 weeks now, counted a handful of occasions in this time. Lamppost between number 7 and 11 on street. Called openreach initially but told would not be from the telephone pole next to the lamppost. Report made to Melton council a few days ago but no action or response as yet.
