Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2139881.

Trees/bushes from St Mary’s school Overhanging into pavements. One of the bushes has very sharp thorns. Top of Bells Hill on corner.
