Damage to speed bumps

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2138725.

The sides of the speed bumps along Church Lane East have failed in multiple spots, causing a massive and sharp drop in height from the top of the speed bump to below the level of the road.
