Black binbags of household waste dumped in verge of School Road near the corner with Old Chapel Close.

Yes, that rubbish is starting to rot nicely now in the heat. It looks like normal household rubbish. Five or six black bin bags plus a couple of carrier bags of rubbish, some spilling out. Pretty nasty.
