Large Amount of Nitrous Oxide Waste

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There is a large amount of nitrous oxide waste (at least 30+ canisters and many balloons) in and around the boundary of the second meadow away from the ring road. I've indicated on the attached photo the rough locations as it is in dispersed dumps.
