Road works

There is work going on here there is a 4 way traffic light system which causes a build up of traffic causing noise pollution loud music in cars at early morning / late at night again causing sleep loss being woken updue to noise caused by traffic build up, several neighbours have asked the people doing the works how long it will be, apparently the job is 90% done just waiting for tarmac team to finish the surface of a hole approx 4ft square but told could wait 10 days for this to be completed.
