Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2135720.

Lay by Fence has fallen into field.

KCC say it is not there responsibility.

Adjacent landowner says FHDC bought the land from him to build the layby.
