Need slow down signs and also railings put up alongside traffic lights by the school as very dangerous

Railings need to be placed by the traffic lights and running alongside the school. it is a hazard and accident waiting to happen around by the school. Really a speeding camera should be put in place on this road or more signs and railings by the school at least due to the volume of children.
