Mature cherry tree in front of 40 Addison Ave dead and needs replacing

Sent to Hounslow Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2133829.
Addison Avenue was still lined with cherry trees on both sides only a few years ago. One of the few remaining cherries is now completely dead and needs replacing.

Received a no-reply email from Hounslow Highways telling me the tree would be removed if found to be dead on inspection. I would like to know if the tree will be replaced by another cherry tree in the same spot. No trees removed in the last 20 years have been replaced in the Avenue itself.
