Low overhanging branches on property boundary

Birch Tree - 159 York road - The tree has outgrown its location and has low hanging branches that look weak and about to break at any point. also the roots are causing the paving to rise in the garden potentially causing damage to our shed.

  • The tree roots are also causing the paving to rise causing a trip hazard and is now going under our fencing causing damage and is likely to damage our concrete drive way

  • Upon further inspection to my property the roots are covering 3/4's of the garden and are working their way towards the house itself.
