Vans/camper vans are accessing the upper part of Dymchurch Beach Car Park through the gap in the fence across a footpath next to a Bus Stop causing danger to members of the public. This avoids the vehicle hight barrier at the entrance to the Car Park. This has/is attracting overnight stays.
