A health and safety issue for pedestrians.

There are currently road works at the new roundabout site near Kilby Bridge. There are temporary traffic lights and one way traffic. However the footpath is closed and there is no provision for pedestrians to or from Kilby Bridge and the canal footpaths. Pedestrians currently have to walk along where the traffic is and have little or no room. This is a popular walk with locals and is now very dangerous. Surely some provision could be made as it is normally a public footpath.
