As you drive into Haytor Avenue opposite no 24 there are 2 fence panels missing from the boundary fence which is now creating a righ of way. The fence line has a covenant that requires the house holders to maintain the boundary fence alongside Haytor Avenue opposite no 24 Haytor avenue
