Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

During covid19 we are visiting my mother who is in isolation by going into her back garden, via the alleyway from nodes Drive. Access is becoming more troublesome as more debris is being left there.

There is still branches and cuttings. The alleyway itself is extremely overgrown
