Tree on slip road A444 pushing my fence outwards towards my garden

The tree which is in the highway side of the slip road is pushing my fence outwards. The tree overhangs my garden quite a bit and has lots of debris falling from them, including large branches. Concerned as grandchildren ride their bikes up and down the side area. Also there is a large crack when needs addressing. I believe it is due to the tree that is right by it. Heavy vehicles frequent this slip road so it is concerning and needs attention.
