Fallen tree blocking foot path

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2124576.

On the footpath running between fairacre rise and Ranvilles lane. A tree has fallen and is covering the oath. There is a large amount of overhanging brambles and bushes too, with branches and debris left probably from previous pruning. You cannot walk along the path.
