Concrete bollards knocked over on RTA of 29th December

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2124544.

Concrete bollards and street light were knocked over on 29th December in an RTA, street light and some bollards have been repaired, three other bollards remain un repaired.
