Unknown vehicle parked on Private grounds

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2122468.

Vehicle Golf VW blue WF55ADX parked now for 5 days in Private parking area. No known persons car. Rear of shops at Churston Broadway. Inconveniencing Undertakers and Estate Agents parking. Is this stolen?

  • Torbay Council only responds to apparently abandoned vehicle reports submitted through the dedicated report form on their website. However, they are only currently dealing with reports of vehicles on adopted highway. In instances where the vehicle is on private land, the land owner should seek independent legal advice on alternative means of having the vehicle removed from their land.
