Car has been stationary and unused since Christmas, taking up a parking space for residents meaning we have to park further away from our home

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

The car has been outside our house since Christmas, it hasn’t moved at all, no one has been in or out the car and it is blocking parking for actual residents of the street, the tax is due this month and so is the mot, so can only think it as abandoned, if it had moved at all I would understand but since appearing no one has been seen in or out and also we are trying to get a driveway out in soon and it is blocking access
