Large hole at side of drain cover.

In the grass verge on the left hand side of the start of the sunken pathway is a drain. On the side of the drain cover nearest the road, there is a large hole which drops down into the drain. My dog got his leg trapped down the hole and hit his head hard on the ground. The position of the drain means it is quite possible that a person could also get their foot caught - especially at the moment when we are all giving other people an extra wide berth. It is very hard to spot the hole due to the grass growing around it. With thanks.
