Possible land-grab at rear of house/houses Swale Close

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It looks like possibly 2 houses in Swale Close backing onto back lane are extending their rear gardens in a land-grab to increase the size of their gardens Can be seen from Back Lane to the east of Calder way junction. I'm sure this is not allowed.
