Overgrown vegetation + fallen tree branches

The land / verge has been allowed to become with bushes and self seeded trees. Latest are some remaining tree branches from the last winter storm. Bushes are now higher than the adjacent fences. This area needs proper clearing. I have been reporting for years but nothing happens
