Loose gravel and poor surface on T-junction

On the junction of Albert Street, Carlton Road and Langton Road in Kibworth Harcourt there are several sections where the surface dressing has lifted and left depressions in the road surface, one of which ion the apex of the junction is now filled with loose gravel. Could this be fixed urgently has it is a danger to cyclists and motor cycles turning into Carlton road from Langton road.

This has still not been fixed and is still just as dangerous.
