This on going problem! It’s in and at the back of 110/112 Butterwick drive, and at front of gate that leads to communal area, rats are around because of this it needs clearing up!!!!! Fly tipping is not good it’s encouraging the rats!!!! Can some please deal with this?? It’s not good!!
