Pathway is disrepair and dangerous

Hi, I know its not pressing right now in comparison to everything that is going on but thought I would ask for help with a problem we have had for a few years.
I live at 47 Tresillian Road, CV7 9FN. I live on the end terrace facing a green.
The surrounding areas of my home(outside my land) are seldom maintained by Glendale/council workers. I have maintained it myself for years.
The edges of grass on the higher verge have not been strimmed in all the years I have been here and I started maintaining that myself when it reached around 75cm high. I mow it because I have to look out of my window at it.
The upward slabs around the verge are falling down and many children have twisted their ankles when playing and travelling between houses. I remember a couple of years ago a child got his foot stuck in there and fell down onto the path outside my house and hit his head. It’s very dangerous.
There are also many potholes on the path way with weeds growing out of them. These are also dangerous and we have seen many bumps and trips with children playing on the paths. I use a blower fortnightly to keep the path clear of mud and debris because I try and control the weeds this way. Every month I put dog friendly weed killer down on all the potholes and remove the weeds the following week.
It’s a huge job but it looks unsightly and is a bad reflection on my house and area, so I am happy to do it.
Now I know my little street is not the be all and end all but I wondered if there was any way the council would invest in this area to make it safe and more aesthetically pleasing. I am happy to keep up with keeping it nice and tidy but with the state it’s in currently, i feel like I am fighting a loosing battle.
I feel a little like we are forgotten on our little row because we are not on the main stretch but we pay the same council tax as everyone else who is on a ‘normal road’.
I have attached a few photos for you to see what I mean.
Kindest regards
Joanne Morris
