Broken highway drain causing leak/flooding - road excavated to look for leaking water main but problem was found to be highway drain

Broken highway drain leaking onto road. Also seems to be blockage downstream. has been excavated and will be reinstated in next day or two so will need quick visit. Thought to be mains water leak but upon excavation found to be broken highway drain
