Sent to Test Valley Borough Council less than a minute later

I was out with my partner yesterday (Sunday 19/5/20) taking our covid19 exercise when we noticed the fly tipping. We were walking past the sewage station in Micheldever Road (this is the end close to The Grange which is a single tarmac lane). We wanted to report it as soon as possible before wildlife get into the bags or are harmed by their content.
