Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There was a waste bin at this location which was used everyday by locals who fed the ducks at this popular spot next to a bench. The waste bin has been removed and replaced with this metal bar so people are just tieing there waste bread wrappers and dog fouling bags to post which will end up in the river.
